A beautiful story of nature, mankind, and life. A bummer lamb is a lamb that is born to a mother who is unable to care for it. She may be ill, perhaps she’s had multiple ewes or other factors. The shepherd or farmer intervenes, cares for the lamb in a safe place, bottle feeds it, and keeps it warm until it is strong enough to be introduced back into the flock, into life, as a strong healthy lamb.
